The moment we realize in meditation that we’ve been lost in thought, is in itself a powerful realization of presence. If we drop into that experience-breathing, relaxing, letting go-without bringing judgement or recrimination, it can blossom into an expansive space of awareness.

It reminded me of this lovely quote from Eckhart Tolle “Relationship between awareness and thinking…..awareness is the space in which thoughts exist when that space has become conscious of itself”
