    Watch for icy roadways tonight & tomorrow--we'll see temps at/below freezing everywhere! Once the precipitation returns mid-day on Tuesday, it begins as some short-lived wet ❄️. Should quickly turn to rain Tuesday evening. Light accumulations west Kitsap & Whatcom/Skagit.

    Not as much rain down south of Seattle. Depends on rain shadow placement...be prepared for 1-4 inches depending on what happens!

    ❗️MORE HEAVY RAIN ❗️ From Tue PM-Thu PM, another 2-3 inches of rain is possible from downtown northward. The mountains? Over 5 inches of rain possible. Not good for flooding.

    South hill...Shaw Road area light wet flakes. Once you got to valley floor a few hundred feet lower in elevation it was rain.

    020320 Update: Not a lot going on this morning. Radar early this morning shows some shower activity from E of Tacoma EWD into the Cascades. Sat Imagery shows isolated showers offshore. HRRR shows not much change today with isolated rain or wet snow showers.
