There were a couple of quest lines to do when I arrived there. You have to go into a tent if I recall.
I did those, yes. And now there are just some rare Silithid Bugs that drop 70 order hall ressources on kill... o_O

I was under the impression that once you did those few chains that was it until the expansion. I have gone back since I did them.
