Hey. I still prefer the 110-team-up-dungeon-level-"service". Grab a friend and run Stockades till 57, then HF Ramparts till 80, then Temple of Jade Serpent till 90, then collect treasures in WoD & assaults in Legion. Takes time, still, but imo it's more xp/min then outdoors. :)
