Just a reminder. We earned the Night Warrior cosmetics through a Quest line. If they want to create more gameplay content and incentives for us to play, then this is the way to justify creating more customization. Make it a collectible, something you earn and unlock. Easy.
Yes! I'd love that! Heck, earn reputation with other races to get looks like them (e.g. Kul Tiran hairstyles for SW humans), or tie it to events (spring fest hair styles?), or have it unlocked with/awarded for achievements... Anything. But not "not in 9.x" :'(

Absolutely! This could be an awesome incentive for people to go back and farm out older reputations. We could go back to old Raids and earn scars with their boss themes. A festering wound from G'huun. It worked with pet battles, why not do with customizations? Aaaaa!
