See if it changes when you set it to 'current spec'. Perhaps it is a bug.

That's what I had with the first two one-hand weapons and then changed it to be blood all the time... because I thought it might change something.

Sadly this xpac they went back to random class loot. As a enhancement shaman main I see shields on a semi-regular basis

Yea, sucks. For some reason I had in mind they said sth else at some time. WQ rewards going to be specc specific. But obvsly it's just wishful thinking... :D
