I did 75% of the city tour for xp, got a hearthstone from one of the quest, decided NOT to go do Sylvanas' shit. Picked a timeline instead and had another hearthstone mailed to me.
So you do immediately get a hearthstone now when you finished Exile's Reach and do not decide on the city tour. But... it takes you back to Anvilmar of all places??
