Ah went back to Dalaran to hand in a quest and now I have my flight masters whistle and unlocked WQ at level 46 (getting close to 50!)
idk I always assumed it was when you reached max this would unlock

I’m guessing maybe it’s so people go to suramar and broken shore etc before 50 instead of ignoring them to get gear etc

I really dislike questing in suramar (city especially) but only coz when I played legion I’d just come back to wow after a break and I didn’t dungeon and was disgustingly undergeared and no flying and mobs everywhere
but I’m going back there now on my priest to try enjoy it! -
Hehe yea, I can totally understand. For me though... I'm the total elven aesthetics person, so, Suramar is my heaven!
