Nah, I don't. I ony use Q and E when tanking and having to move sideweays, but no other keys to move. I made the mousewheel-press my autorun button for longer distances and press both mouse buttons simultanously for shorter. And the left hand is only smashing ability buttons. :D

Yeah I'm used to FPS game where you have to run in a 3D world and you can't do what with a mouse only. I walk in wow like an FPS game with straffing even. "tapping A and D so the enemy can't get a "head shot" It's interesting how people play. I've seen someone use the arrow keys

Now you got me thinking about it, I've always been a mix of both. But I almost might be able to do this because I got bigger hands and can cover most the keyboard with 1 hand. Like Control P is easy for me to do. Pinky and thumb.
