Some people said that it's pretty mediocre besides normal human customization, like the eyes dont look Asian at all, just slimmer normal eyes and stuff... though those were all female models and it's been a few weeks since then
Remember this from Blizzcon? Can anyone with beta show their best "asian" cusomisation, female and male? Pretty please?
I was/am so looking forward to it and am absolutely not able to create one in the wowhead model viewer. Now, I started to worry it's not implemented

D: unfortunately the wowhead model viewer isn't that far off the mark. I tried to recreate the blizzcon faces in beta. The face shapes are definitely different and also I can't find a female face with the same eyebrows?pic.twitter.com/rpVjl8Alhu

Alot of the faces are still WIP on the beta, they tend to glitch out, dissapear and show up again in the next beta build, so I would take any screenshots you see atm with a grain of salt. Sadly I didn't see any apparent Asian faces at the moment

True with the WIP status. Still a good time to remember them, that some people care about what they showed us and would like to see the real distinctiveness in the eyes - which is the main problem at this state, as far as I've seen so far. :)

I’ve been thinking about this too! I wonder what’s going on that they’re not doing it the way they showed. Was it a tech issue or did they worry they played into some stereotype. That would be lame as hell.
