Well, my rogue made it to sth 450ish (with the cloak at max ilvl and the neck at AP lvl 98) without any group content or LFR. Mostly via WQ emissaries and the N'zoth tentacle assaults. So, there is more to get if you want.

If I picked up her cloak that would take her ilevel up a decent amount, probably 430-ish. I might do that today, but I've got my Dark Iron still to level, as well as my weekly vision on my Gnome
