There are all those blue eyes though for them? Or is it confirmed they are npc only?
Ion said in an interview after the first wave of datamining those blue eyes, they were all npc options. Because Belves evolved... or some shit. Still wowhead (e.g.) keeps putting them on even though they know.
I still hope for blue-ish or even better purple eyes but doubt it
