Yes I didn't know either, but it was somewhat clear just right after I picked 1 of 3 groups to join. "My Little Chocobo" is the quest name and it's the same person that gives the main quest story line and you have to buy an item from an NPC and turn it in. :)
I just read it's part of the main story quest. I'm a little behind there as I get distracted all the time by side quests....

Oh haha, I was told to just focus on the Main quests as well as any Blue quests if I need more xp. https://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/wiki/Main_Scenario_Quests … I use that site to keep track of things. It has the quest name and I'm on the level 21-30 area called "Forest Friend" Then I get distracted with gpsoe.
