Most I know keep the same account they just use different tags and put them in their info/bio that they play FF too 
Good Morning everyone! Starting the day off with some #FFXIV questing in & around Ul'dah.
Then I thought of a question: Do I need a different twitter account to tweet about FFXIV and keep this one here purely WoW related, or mix and mingle?

I think you should most definitely mix it up on the same account! I love seeing your posts, one day I will get a subscription to FFXIV and try it out, I only did the free trial and I hardly remember it and I am sure much has changed since I last played in 2014!
