Undead humans are.. well the Undead we have... Only reason they are Horde and take orders from Sylvanas is she was the one who helped them from just Decaying without a purpose and the one who can create more of them. The Alliance didn't accept them, there were free Undead.

If they want to Blizzard is able to find a more or less sensible twist to the existing race. See Blood Elves vs. Void Elves and Night Elves vs. Nightborne. Quite the same races, too. Or even Kul Tiran Humans and Stormwind Humans...
