Found one! "Pretty Reps" tells you exactly what you need! Current reputation numbers and when you mouseover it tells you the name of the character with the highes rep on your account. Great !! :) #Warcraft #PrettyRepspic.twitter.com/sBi4MARwlg

Indeed! You have to log in once to every character, but then you get this very useful list of reps you've already got.
