It does scale, it was introduced in 8.0, the pet is a 100% drop. Pretty sweet. I got it after I took my "mom" around Redridge too. lol
Ah okay, didn't know that as I'm not quite often around in Redridge anymore. :)

After my horde quest and finding her I searched EVERYWHERE for more new rares. :( Nothing.

I had some laughs and fun with Warmode on in Redridge first some alliance were leveling got camped by horde doing the Saurfang quest the alliance players loggged in their mains and camped the hell out of Redridge for horde players doing the quests lmao and killing rares too
