I'm sure it is, I used to only do instances too before scaling, and then I have not leveled much after that since then. I just can't get into it like I used to.
If he doesn't want to and I'm in a hurry for any reason I pick a 110 from my 2nd acc (runs on tokens 
) and leave the lowbee by the entrance while clearing.Everything < 90 is a real pain with this scaling. WoD then is okayish again - that is if you can fly and collect all the treasures. Otherwise... not. Most of those chars that are 110 rn were at 100 pre scaling so that's not a big thing. Didn't do much from the start since then.

Yeah those treasure are nice! And I even have a gold making /transmog video guild for it. I just wish I felt like I was getting somewhere close to 110 sometimes on my allied race characters.

I only got a Void Elf so far, too. No... two Void Elves! And the Lightforged. :) Didn't make it with a Nightborn, yet. And I don't even want the Highmountain Tauren. I'm that kind of player who needs a pretty or sexy toon...
And Tauren are neither nor. To me.
