OH....MY....GOD . On beta vids at 120 and 300 ilvl people only having 9% haste is so shitty lol. Makes alot of casters so boring to play. I like my 40% on Lilli and 45% on Fayora I don't want 10% haste again lol.

It'll scale up again with gear. I just loved the way secondary stats scaled up so quickly in Legion. It makes the specs function and play way smoother imo.
