I second 16GB. I haven't used AMDs since... well the K7 days. The 1050 ti should be okay. How many wow addons do you use though? Some are pretty ram hungry.
Not that much. I'm with 4gb ram rn and usually play on whats quite the standard setting of 4 on that scale. So I'd be happy if I can play with an 8 or sth for the next couple of years :D
