interesting; however, some of this seems fishy e.g. "The easy experimental answer to this question is 264 hours (about 11 days)." which is trivially not true. The guy who set the record planned to not sleep for 11 days from the start (to set a world record) -- wasn't his limit!
i tried sleep deprivation a few months ago -- after a week of sleeping for 6 hours my head started to hurt and i aborted it. will try again sometime!
