didn’t meant to say “used” but where you’re more likely to find it
like even though they’re quite similar, 〜つつ is a bit more nuanced, so from my exp people usually just say 〜ながら and only if they do something little by little while doing something else, they use 〜つつ -
Yeah ながら is def more common regardless, ~つつ is for pretty specific situations I've found , like "eating while driving" vs "eating something little by little than driving, than eating again while stopped"
