You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
Mobile and desktop, happens randomly with just certain channels (usually the ones that post less or have less subscribers, hence the reason why I turn on the bell) and it's not always but maybe like 25% of the time. Sometimes videos won't appear on my sub feed.

Other than not getting notifications through email, seems okay, not to mention it doesn't happen with all channels and not all the time so I would assume it's not that.
