    I would take this to imply that @GSK has concluded that paying doctors to promote its drugs is good for business.         Imagine 'doctors' are so naive they can convince themselves that Big Pharma is a charity while they are so blind to all the adverse effects of its drugs!

        I am very aware of the adverse effects of the drugs I use. In oncology, that's why we do non-inferiority trials testing shorter treatment courses, less intense treatments, etc.
