I called the cops a few years ago on some "White" Belmont kids who after being unreasonably loud for months saw fit to turn their 3 BR apt. I once crashed my car in a main intersection in San Francisco in the pouring rain and totaled 3 other cars, because I was snorting coke while driving. I ran to a phone booth, called a wrecker, 15 minutes later got towed away before anyone even figured out what had happened.
