Or they say that, but don't actually know where anything is and take anywhere between a few minutes to an hour just to find the one thing they're looking for.

And sometimes more than 1 hour. And sometimes the person will go and buy something they already have because they have so much stuff they forget they have it as it's buried beneath several layers of other stuff.
