You know that was believed in medieval times so whilst women had to push out sprogs & face uncertain hygiene/medical treatment at least their men were attentive in bed.
-
This is true! It was believed that a woman’s orgasm was required for her to release her eggs. The Puritans believed this, too. So basically Puritan woman had better sex lives then most modern ones. Ponder that.

-
And also the more orgasms a woman had the better chance of pregnancy <sigh>

Happy wife, happy life

That's why my philosophy is "Ladies ALWAYS come first".

For some, it's hard to do that

Patience, my friend, patience. And don't forget technique.

Not necessarily. This would only have happened due to evolution, so those humans would be perfectly suited to procreate in that manner. However, if we were to become like that as we are now, suddenly, then yes there would likely be less people.

do you have any Idea how many guys would hamstring their A-Game (if they had one) if it meant he 100% wouldn't have to worry about kids... how many would never improve their technique for fear of being 'too good'?

That would be such a weird display. Everyone would know about it if a couple had a bunch of kids.
-
Adoption
-
But the biological parents of those kids would have still had the singularity. It would be assumed for the adopted parents.
-
Fair, but technically it wouldn't ve any different from knowing that two people had sexual relations without protection/ and their protection failed
