People from our place put "/s" on the end of supposed to be sarcastic sentences.

That should work, need to spread to word further. I have been using the over cumbersome "\begin{sarcasm-mode}" before the comment and then "\end{sarcasm-mode}" at the end. /s

What about the interrobang? Used to punctuate rhetorical questions. I feel like it’s easily adaptable to sarcasmpic.twitter.com/nculkOoLwx

Is that used for rhetorical questions? I thought it was for, like, a shouted question. For example, "What did you do to my drink‽"

Sarcasm is not meant to be that obvious. People should be able to notice the sarcastic tone. There's no need for a sarcasm punctuation mark.
-
You don’t always get “tone” in a text like you would in speech.
-
Oh really?? Haha I never knew that
-
You forgot the /s.

In Germany it's: 1!!11!!! (einself) It means being so furious that you wildly tipe in "!" And the "1" appears sometimes
-
