Only 5 hours of lessons for me. And we do a lot of walking between lessons and on lunch breaks

thats because kids are more in danger of mass shootings at school than developing aches and pains from sitting too long

Because school days are 6 hours long with at least 1 of those hours being active hours...
-
7+ hours and lots of the time there is no physical activity
-
Never had a 7 hour school day when I was at school! There was plenty of time for physical activity during breaks, lunchtimes etc
-
Well at my old high school we went from 7:50-3:10 and my current one we go from 8:10-3:20 (9:10 every Wed.) which is pretty standard. Not everyone has to take PE every year and yea there’s really nothing physical wise
-
That's crazy, I've never heard of school days that long here in the UK!

Except they don’t. You get 2/3 breaks a day and lessons themselves are only around 1 hour at a time

I don’t go to school. But when I was in primary in uk you got three breaks. And then in middle and grammar school you still got 1 hour lunch. Plus 5 mins between every lesson.
