Those were the days, LOL 30 years later and 5am wake up is much more attainable when you can go to bed for the night at 9pm.

I’m not entirely sure why, but even in my late teens to mid-20s, I couldn’t help but wake up somewhere between 5 & 6 AM despite when I went to bed. Excepting those rare times I either had a migraine or was sick, of course. It’s pretty much the same to this day. :)
