Actually it's nothing like that at all. Eating more in the modern world is quite easy. Eating less is hard.

Well eating more still doesn't make me put on more weight. I feel like no matter how much i eat, i will still be skinny anyway

Everyone has issues. Everyone feels insecure. Pointing out the bad just makes you the bad.

If a doctor tells an overweight person they need to lose weight, is that bad? Insecurities are fine and good, but a person's weight is almost always directly tied to their health level and in many cases life expectancy- is it then bad to just say things people don't wanna hear?
