Not necessarily. What if it's made and boxed in a factory by robots and shipped directly to the customer?

Right, can mindless robots be said to be "using" the mirror? I feel like "use" implies intentionality, or at least implies that something be changed our accomplished by that use, which reflecting robots does not.
They would have to be programmed to see mirror images and react to the image
Sure, that would qualify as usage in my mind. If the robots are pure automatons though, I don't think so.
