Maybe not a login, but an “under duress” PIN at the ATM that automatically summons the police would be amazing. It’d probably also be heavily abused, unfortunately.

That's a good idea, but it will be of no use actually. When it's a known fact that websites let you sign-up with two different passwords, then the one forcing you to sign-in will force you to use the regular one.
-
But they’d have no way of knowing if you were using your real password or not. Unless they knew your passwords, in which case they wouldn’t need to force you to sign in.
-
No, there is. The back-up password limits the features of the website that you can use. If the features are limited, they'd know for sure.

I think this would be most useful with bank accounts. Like if you're forced to tell the thief your pin, you tell him the fake one that alerts cops that you're under derress.

That will make the attacker ask for both passwords, because the website is totally universal.

Would also like a third login for when drunk that makes all social media read-only.
-
I feel like this password would need to meet simplicity criteria so you could actually remember it when you’re drunk. Maybe even make it multiple choice. “Is your drunk password a) nacho, b) pudding, or c) Cheeto? You have 3 chances remaining.”

Veracrypt FDE software implements this exact feature for plausible deniability reasons, in case you're ever being legally compelled to decrypt your computer
-
The real password boots your regular disk, the fake one boots a blank dummy image, the idea being you unlock your computer and prove there's nothing there
