If “genders” are just “social constructs”, why are we constructing more of them?

we're not constructing more, we're only naming more of them. there has been an infinite amount of genders ever since the social construct 'gender' was created because gender is on a spectrum.

So, is being born a hermaphrodite a mental disorder? The parents are usually charged with choosing the sex they want the surgery to assign...what happens when they chose wrong?

No but it is a physical disorder that has a variety of names... and we treat it accordingly

Cause everyone likes to have their own identity.....Gender is indeed a social construct....Women haven't always been weak damsels....The idea of Masculine - Feminine is quite new. Women can be brave and Men can be emotionally sensitive.

The Amazonian women were warrior like ....Many tribes around the world are matriarchial where the women goes hunting and the man takes care of the children. Even Pagan Indo-european religions put women on better place than Abrahamic ones.

No, that doesnt prove gender is a social construct. Men are still men, women still women.

Which is why the noun changed from patriarch to a matriarch in the case of tribes such as Amazonians. Why didnt you still use the word patriarch when refering to a female "dominant" culture?

Actually intersex people are biologically a bit of both. I'd also like to point out that even thought the english language is very gender binary other cultures who do not share the strict binary western view of gender have more words to describe gender
