In math, and means there is a decimal spot. So, for example, nine hundred AND ninety nine reads as 900.99. The number 999 should read as nine hundred ninety nine. No A's.

There's a pretty simple proof to this: all odd numbers end with either One, three, five, seven, or nine, and all those numbers contain an e.

Therefore all odd numbers contain an e. This is what makes math great.
