        One use, yes. Also, as a headband helps to keep sweat out of your eyes, wristbands help keep sweat rolling down your arms thus securing a better hand grip.

        Omg I am 61 and never gave it a thought. I guess I never thought about it bc I missed the time period wrist bands were worm due to my continuing interest in illegal substances.
