I want to know why in most movies /tv shows animals don't turn into zombies?

Usually I've interpreted zombieism as a disease or virus in most fiction, so since diseases rarely cross species that could be a reason
-
What about mad cows disease? Or bird flu? I need some clarity on this please. A zombified vampire sounds horrible and a risk to public health.
-
Those would be exceptions, but it doesn't happen often. It's why you don't worry about your dog catching your cold when you get sick, etc.
-
As for a zombified vampire, I don't think it would happen since a vampire is undead, so they wouldn't have a working body to contract it

Classic D&D rules would state neither, since both afflictions work only on living subjects.

this is the correct and only correct answer.

A vampire wouldn’t bite a bloodless zombie

-
Zombies have blood that's why when you shoot them....blood comes out

Vampire wouldn’t bite a zombie because he would know that it’s already dead and vampires like fresh blood everyone knows this stupid
-
That’s exactly right.

Neither vampires only bite anything with blood
-
Theoretically zombies do have blood. Depending on the zombie it would just be very gross.
