A chicken that lives to see its first birthday is literally a rare bird

-
That is actually not true for the chickens providing eggs. They live for about 4 years.

I almost hit a chicken with my car today… it could've been its birthday

I think about this all the time and it breaks my heart.. or like when a bug is on my windshield and I keep driving and he is holding on
-
For dear life and all I can think is.. I hope you can find your way back home buddy....
too much heart in this body -
Well, hearing that made me sad :(

Animals are not worry about the passing of time, only humans do.

What counts as it's birthday? The day it was laid or the day it hatched?
-
Is your birthday the day you were conceived or the day you were born?
-
But the egg gets concieved before it is laid
-
The baby gets put in the egg. The egg does doesn't form around the baby.
-
I see my fault now, the birthday is considered when the embryo is complete and emerges into the world
