After millions of years of human evolution we still wake up tired after 6+ hours of sleep.

Millions of years of evolution is a blatant lie. We were never monkeys.

No, it isn't a lie Correct, we were never monkeys - though we share a common ancestor with them.

Yea it is. We evolve to survive. Surviving is a very broad term. So to evolve to sleep less could be correlated to helping you survive

Evolution acts on fitness. Waking up tired after less than 6 hours of sleep does not affect our ability to reproduce therefor evolution

We are capable of evolving even in the most minor aspects of our anatomy to have a better chance at survival.

Why did we change our bone structure from that of apes if it only helped us survive

Apes are much more agile than humans, therefore are able to evade or predators much more efficiently

We sleep the dark times and are awake for the sun. Electricity wasn't part of the evolutionary process.
