    It make absolutely zero sense that the only vehicles not requiring seat belts are giant buses full of children.

        kids would die from not being able to get seatbelts off in time if the bus was on fire. Takes too long to cut them all.

        If there's anything fire or you are submerged In water, your seat belt locks. That's why. so kids can just get out.

        not true in California. In California school buses built after 1987 are required to have seat belts

        we have seatbelts in our buses but most kids think they're too cool to use them, and ofc its the busdriver's responsibility
