What they mean is that when u breath out u have 2 mins to live, until u breath in again.

Yes people can hold their breath for 5 mins or longer but that means u are holding oxygen in ur body

for that period of time and when u get that urge to breath again that me and ur out of oxygen and u only have 2mins or less
