Isn't light timeless? So light is everywhere it will ever be at the same moment, from its perspective. So light wouldn't stop
-
I'm not sure about timeless. Light is a wave that is reflected off all object, in a line.
-
but relativity states that anything moving at the speed of light has no perception of time, due to temporal expansion
-
But does temporal expansion only effect atoms, or also all particles like light?
-
it affects anything. The reason light can move as fast as it does is bc it is massless. Everything is relative, no matter the mass.

I would stop everything except light

...but you'd see the light one time as you moved...

no, light stopping moving requires time too. you would still be able to everything as before.
-
besides, being blind and seeing darkness are different things

false. Stopping time doesn't stop light.
