        Sorta. Not everyone observes daylight savings. One day is 23 hours. The other is still 24 hours, and then some. @TheWeirdWorld

        But if you remove our clock adjustments, just look at natural time, daylight savings doesn't affect the # of hours. @TheWeirdWorld
