Well if you don’t have a cochlear implant or never had one in your life then yes sometimes people make their own sound or they feel the vibration of the sound and closely guess what the sound sounds like lol I hope this made sense

Do deaf people have a sensory ability, like are they aware of something behind them without acknowledging it ?

Similar to music! If you put your hand up against a speaker playing music imagine that on the floor because of foot steps!

My inner voice is deeper than my voice and more clear. I normally speak kinda high pitched and stutter a lot :P
