I understand that, sometimes it takes all I have not to have a breakdown but lately, it's becoming more and more difficult. At this rate, I'm just putting off the inevitable.

Whenever I feel myself feeling a certain way (down, negative, bitter, sad, etc) I have to remind myself that feelings are temporary. I pray Psalms 51.10 (create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me) it helps! Ijs...

My heart goes out to everyone suffering from mental illnesses. I was wondering is there a certain way to support someone going thru issues. Every time I try to help they lash out, ignore, or even block me. It sucks to see people suffer.

Thats harsh,because in my life if someone literally said " do you wanna talk" or " go have coffee" Id prob faint, no lie. If im not listening to or doing then Im really not involved! Except for maybe one person. Wow, some ppl dont like to tlk about - but ths mesrs. Sry 4 that !

I work with people who have a chronic depression and/or Trauma and it’s the sad truth. People are so quick to understand someone who has a broken arm or leg because they can see that there is something wrong. Sadly you can’t see a broken heart or damaged soul...
