But... if he was the very first, then sarcasm wasn't 'known' yet, so how would it have been explained properly?

-
that's the point...
-
Not really, b/c if sarcasm didn't exist, how would the person being 'sarcastic' even know that they were?!? Hmmmm.

-
It truly is the point. You have a hard time explaining sarcasm nowadays although it is a known concept, so people kinda know what you mean (because of irony and cynicism) but most don't get it entirely. Imagine explaining it without any concepts alike.

It's like using sarcasm when texting. So easy
-
Just the easiest thing in the world. Ya know so easy a caveman could do it
-
Yeah I mean, when they discovered fire, caveman 1 said, "dude, you made fire maaan". Caveman 2 was like "noooo". They didn't even fight afterwards
-
That's probably how it happened man
-

"Hey are we out of food?" "Yes we're out of food" "But didn't we just go hunting like 30 mins ago?" "We're not actually out of food, I just said that we were because of the fact that we just went hunting 30 minutes ago and as a result it's obvious that we have food" "Oh"

Sarcasm is good and all until you have to tell you're being sarcastic.
