Wheremst the hell do many "normal houses" cost over a million dollars?
California
Who needs a million dollar home when we all live in cyberspace now anyway
million dollar to buy a toilet
Are you serious? I heard that the price of houses is cheaper in America.
In Texas lol
Think of how nice you could make a trailer house with a mill
That's true because I work in the business of new homes so I know what they cost just to build that including ground work around it
Lake Oswego OR USA wants to build a new city hall. I calculated that they could get over 100 houses like mine. Way to pay for it - start ticketing drivers with cell phones or run red lights.
They could get over 100 houses like mine for the same price tag as the city hall. That would include about 14 acres. Our house is neither a McMansion or a shack.
Can't find an apartment for less than 3million at it's tinniest
Here i am living in a 4 room house with no yard. At least i have a home.
I take your point. I do. But let's not forget that in many parts of the world (even many parts of the US), that "normal house" you refer to would be extraordinary luxury. "A third of all urban dwellers worldwide – 1.2 billion people – lack access to safe and secure housing."

I have valued my home as a million dollar home, that I will sell for $750k to the first cash buyer. Buyer pays all cost, no agents necessary, I can find us a lawyer, also buyers cost.
