I think you meant to put “Arf”, but I’ll let it slide this time.

A dog with a docked tail has to deal with the same communication difficulties as a person with no tongue.

Definitely different languages! Think about it: some say “woof woof” while others are “arf arf” and still others “bow wow.”

Dogs learn whatever language they're around, like if a dog is raised in Mexico it won't understand English

I always thought that German Shepherds barked German. And poodles barked in French. And Boston terriers barked in ‘WICKED’.

They speak through body language. Barking is symbolic to mean they want to play if they’re jumping around or telling you to back off if they feel threatened. Growling usually accompanies barking if they’re angry. Domesticated dogs bark if they want to be let out or fed

Do dogs all have dog language, like humans do, except they have different languages and dialects for different regions?

It's like when people think all Asian people speak Chinese. "I speak Korean not Chinese." "I speak Golden Retriever not Labrador."
