More complaining of “ridged”policy=more discretion=more unfair and unwarranted racial disparity. The now diluted SRAct was purposeful. Congress failed the nation with original crack penalties.

Why not fix it rather than just tweet about it? @TheJusticeDept has also been infiltrated by pro Zionist-Wahhabi terrorists, on the bench, staff, attorneys and prosecutors. 3:2007cv00460 (I was locked up for writing about them)

USSC why did you choose this to tweet about black male vs white male? The report shows a much larger gender bias than racial. Also, black women receive slightly shorter sentences than white women. Omitting this leads to false conclusions we see in this thread.

No these stats are misleading. They receive longer sentences because A: they don’t take the plea deal and waste court time and b : they have long records where as the whites may be first timers and/or took a plea bargain

A: African-Americans are more likely to take plea deals as a result of lower socioeconomic status as they cannot afford to pay for lawyers or bail and would rather take a less harsh punishment then sit in jail, awaiting trial. There is also a racial disparity in plea deals given.

Is it possible that they received longer sentences because they inflicted more torture to their victims?
