If you click on the link in blue, it shows the arrests that have been made. I believe it represents that arrests have been made. At least that’s how I interpret it.

This is an incredible resource, thank you for pointing it out to me! I love me a good data source, especially one with a heatmap showing where they come from. It'll be very interesting to see how this map changes as the case count rises (happy for this case count to go up vs C19)
